Our Program

Our summer program includes College Admissions Workshops, Introductory SAT Test Preparation, numerous college visits and cultural experiences.

 

College Admissions Workshops:

We provide one-on-one college counseling, including strategies for the common application and essay-writing:

~  Producing a college list aligned to student’s interests

~  Essay Writing, including  a final personal statement

~  College Exploration: research/review of US universities

~  24 Hours of college prep workshops over 12 days

 

Introductory SAT Preparation: 

We offer our students an unparalleled opportunity to study in small groups with the best instructors.   Our students can resume their studies in Shanghai or Taipei with our local partners.

~  Free diagnostic sample test

~  Strengthen English language skills

~  Master effective test-taking strategies

~  Practice important study habits

 

College Visits: 

Our students will tour the campuses of several universities in the San Francisco Bay Area and the Northeastern United States.

SF Bay Area:

~   Stanford University, UC Berkeley, University of San Francisco (USF), Santa Clara University

 

Cultural Experiences:

Students also experience cultural activities in California and the Northeast, possibly including the following:

~   Silicon Valley (e.g., Apple / Google / Facebook), Golden Gate Bridge, Fisherman’s Wharf, California Academy of Sciences

~   Times Square, Statue of Liberty, MTV Studios, Cambridge, The White House, The Capitol

 

Optional Add-On Trips:

Tours through Los Angeles & Orange County may also be organized, depending upon interest.
